No Return, No Refund Policy
All sales made through dperfuma.com are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges on any purchased items. This policy applies to all products, including full-size perfumes, travel-size fragrances, gift sets, and any promotional or discounted items.
Because perfumes and fragrances are personal-use products that come into direct contact with the body, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our facility. This policy exists to protect the health, safety, and satisfaction of all our customers.
Why We Maintain This Policy
Fragrances are classified as personal hygiene products. Once a bottle has been shipped and received, there is no way to verify whether the product has been opened, used, or stored properly. To ensure every customer receives a 100% authentic, untampered, and pristine product, we uphold a strict no-return policy across all orders.

Returned fragrances cannot be verified as sealed, unused, or stored correctly, which compromises quality for the next customer.
Authenticity Guarantee

Perfumes are applied directly to the skin. For hygiene reasons, we cannot resell any product that has been in a customer's possession.
Storage Conditions
Fragrances are sensitive to heat, light, and humidity. We cannot guarantee quality once a product has been stored outside our controlled facility.
Damaged or Defective Items
While all sales are final, we do stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contains a defective product, or if you received the wrong item, we are here to help. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number and the email address used at checkout
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received
- Photos of the outer packaging if damage occurred during transit
Our Commitment
We will review every claim on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without adequate documentation may not be eligible for resolution.
Order Cancellations
We process and ship orders promptly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you realize an error immediately after placing your order, you may contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to assist — however, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered our fulfillment process.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or intercepted under any circumstances. The no-return, no-refund policy will apply once the item is in transit.
Shipping to the United States & Canada
D Perfuma ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
For shipments to Canada, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal at customs will not be refunded. We may offer to reship the order at the customer's expense, subject to product availability.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, D Perfuma is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend using a secure delivery address or requesting signature confirmation at checkout where available.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will cooperate with any investigation but cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Promotional & Sale Items
Items purchased during promotions, sales events, or with discount codes are subject to the same no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy. Promotional pricing does not alter or override the terms of this policy in any way. Gift cards and store credit are also non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly may result in the suspension of your account and future purchasing privileges. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team first so we can resolve any concerns in a fair and timely manner.
Any chargeback filed in violation of this policy may be contested with full documentation of the transaction, shipping confirmation, and delivery proof.
